999bdcom (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 999bdcom.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026. 999bdcom reserves the right to amend them at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via their registered email or through the platform.

• These Terms & Conditions apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
• By using 999bdcom's services, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws.
• Using any feature of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of the service.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with 999bdcom. All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.

Information Required at Registration:

• Full legal name (as per national ID)
• Date of birth (registrations from those under 18 will not be accepted)
• A working mobile number and email address
• Current residential address
• Preferred Payment Method (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)

Multiple Accounts Prohibited: Only one account is allowed per person, household, or device. If the same individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

After registration, 999bdcom may request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide them within the specified period may result in a temporary account suspension.

Gaming and betting services on 999bdcom are strictly for users aged 18 and above. Preventing minors from accessing the platform is both an ethical and legal responsibility of 999bdcom.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process:

999bdcom will require KYC verification in the following circumstances:

• On Your First Withdrawal
• When Total Withdrawals Exceed ৳50,000
• If Suspicious Activity Is Detected on Your Account
• When Changing Your Payment Method

Accepted Identity Documents: National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. A clear photo or scanned copy of the document must be submitted.

Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete. 999bdcom typically completes the verification process within 24–48 hours.

999bdcom supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. Larger amounts or those requiring verification may take up to 48 hours. 999bdcom is not responsible for delays caused by bank or mobile banking server issues.

999bdcom offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and seasonal offers. Specific terms and conditions apply to each offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires a wagering of 10x to 30x. The specific multiplier is stated on each offer's page.
• Bonus Validity: Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet Limit: When betting with bonus balance, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500 unless otherwise specified.
• Game Restrictions: Bonus balance cannot be used on certain games. Please refer to the eligible games list on each offer's page.

999bdcom reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus, or to exclude any member from a promotion, at its discretion.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 999bdcom at all times. These general rules cover Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games across all categories.

Bet Confirmation:

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet. If an incorrect bet is accepted due to a system error, 999bdcom will investigate and make a final determination.

Match Cancellations & Postponements:

• If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended after it has started and does not resume within the specified timeframe, all bets on that match will be voided.
• In live betting, only bets placed while the ball is dead will be considered valid.

Odds Changes:

Odds in Sports Betting can change at any moment. The odds at the time a bet is submitted are final. If odds change after a bet is placed, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bdcom platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Fraud & Deception: Use of a false identity, forged documents, or stolen payment information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illicit funds.
• Corrupt Betting: Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• System Hacking: Unauthorised access to the platform's software or hardware.
• Bot Usage: Playing games or placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same identity.
• Use of Third-Party Accounts: Logging into another member's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Threats or Harassment: Threatening or harassing support staff or other members.

999bdcom may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

Temporary Suspension:

• If KYC Verification Is Not Completed
• During Investigation of Suspicious Transaction Activity
• Security lock due to too many incorrect password attempts
• At the Member's Own Request (Self-Exclusion)

Permanent Closure:

• Upon Proof of Prohibited Activity
• Use of a false identity or forged documents
• Upon confirmed suspicion of money laundering
• Repeated violations of the Terms & Conditions

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded subject to verification. To close your account, email support@999bdcom.ws.

999bdcom believes gaming is for entertainment only. We encourage our members to play responsibly and actively work to prevent problem gambling.

Available Protection Tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily limit on how long you play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Deactivate your account for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.

• Step 2 – Escalation: If the support team's resolution is unsatisfactory, the matter will be escalated to senior management. This process may take 3–7 business days.
• Step 3 – Independent Arbitration: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to a neutral arbitration board. The board's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

When submitting a dispute, please include the transaction ID, date, amount, and a description of the issue. This helps us resolve your case as quickly as possible.

999bdcom reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be given at least 7 days' notice of any significant changes.

• Notifications will be sent via your registered email address or through banner notifications on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• Minor updates — such as spelling corrections or language clarifications — may be made without prior notice.
